Objective:
Find a letterbox that was hidden in or between the years 1998 and 2002.
Details:
This isn't the alternative to the All That Came Before Find objective that asks you to find a geocache in the year 2000. Quest Scouts is a home for both geocachers and letterboxers, and we want to make sure to include both location based games when it makes sense to so so.
The history of letterboxing isn't 100% "cut and dry". In fact, it is unclear when the very first letterbox was placed. However, the genesis of the current letterboxing movement was in 1998.
1) Identify a letterbox that you have not previously found, that was hidden in, or between, 1998 and 2002.
2) Find the letterbox you identified!
3) Take a photo to document your adventure and share it on Instagram or Twitter with the tag #QuestScouts and #Letterboxing.
