Our Member's Only Micro Quests are our special monthly thank you to our subscribing members. Without our members Quest Scouts would not exist. This month's MOMQ asks you to estimate how tall some of the "world's tallest" are.
Objective:
1) Download and print the puzzle from our members only page, or use the back of the Such Great Heights quest card that Scout Pack Members will receive in the mail.
2) Without looking up the answers, estimate the heights of each of the items listed.
3) Add all 8 of your estimates together. This is your total estimated height.
4) Revisit the members only page and download the answers.
5) Take the difference between your total estimated height and the total listed on the answer sheet.
6) Answer the following questions in the comments below:
-How many feet off was your estimate? Was your estimate higher or lower than the actual height?
-What was your best estimate? What was your worst estimate?
-Did you enjoy this exercise, or should we never speak of it again?
