Weekly Challenge: Pop Up đź’Ś
Complete the Pop 50 point DIY Micro Objective through creating and sending a pop up card!
Details:
There is nothing better than the thoughtfulness of gifting someone with a handmade care. Or is there? What about gifting them a handmade POP UP card?! What the heck is a “pop up” card? It’s exactly what it sounds like; A greeting card which contains an element that pops up when opened. This week, we challenge you with creating one of your own.
1) Find a tutorial. You could consult a book, search pinterest for ideas, ask for help at your local paper crafts store, or do something else entirely. Learn in the way that works best for you!
2) Gather your supplies. Consult your tutorial for a list of supplies you’ll need. At the minimum, you’ll need paper and adhesive.
3) Create your pop up card!
4) Share a photo of your completed card in a comment on our Facebook Page on the post “Weekly Challenge- Pop Up 💌 ”.
5) Don’t forget to record your points! Completing this objective not only earns you a star, but also 50 points towards your Pop quest for completing the DIY Micro Objective. Note: The objective (not the challenge) also asks you to gift your card to someone you think will appreciate it!
